HBO's The Last Of Us Season 2 Could Start Filming This Year

HBO’s adaptation of The Last of Us video game has become an instant classic in the span of a couple of months, bringing the story of Joel and Ellie’s journey to the forefront of pop culture. While Season 1 is about to wrap up with only two episodes left, speculation has officially begun when Season 2 will start production, and it could be sooner than we originally thought.

Star Pedro Pascal spoke with Collider and teased the start date of the upcoming season. The actor was asked if Season 2 would begin filming this year, and after Pascal gave it some thought, he said there is definitely a chance.
